Hana Mulyati is an…

aspiring doodler/illustrator living and working in New York City. She was born and raised in Jakarta, Indonesia. She had lived in Tokyo in her teens and moved to the United States.

Her works are inspired by fashion illustration, fairy tales and Japanese comic books. Working in watercolor and ink, Hana is exploring to make her paintings as diaphanous and otherworldly dreamy as possible.

As a student, Hana’s work had been selected for the student Annual show at the Society of Illustrator. She also had shown her works internationally and nationally, including Modern Eden Gallery in San Fancisco and the Cotton Candy Machine.

Currently, she is proving her own theory that doodling does pay off.
